Loans are awarded based on availability of funds.
Applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Applicants must:
- Download application.
- Open with Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not already have it, link to download free Adobe Acrobat Reader is: https://www.adobe.com/acrobat/pdf-reader.html
- Complete then print the completed application or print blank application and complete by hand. Be sure to sign all signatures.
- Please include WITH THE APPLICATION and MAIL ALL TOGETHER:
- Official transcript of grades from your last scholastic year.
- High school senior or recent graduate = high school transcript.
- Currently enrolled in college = college transcript.
- Two reference letters – on letterhead and signed (from employer, supervisor, coach, teacher, professor, or clergy).
- One page Biographical Sketch – typed on separate sheet detailing your educational experience thus far, your goals, and how the George W. Wright Loan will help achieve those goals.
- Parents’ or guardians’ information and signatures where indicated on application.
- Answer ALL application questions, sign, and date.
- If any of the above are not received or the application is incomplete, we will be unable to process your application.
- Official transcript of grades from your last scholastic year.
- Applications will be reviewed by the George W. Wright Student Aid Fund Trustees and you will be informed if your loan request is approved or rejected via the email address you provide on your application.
